We understand that not every acquisition finds its place in your collection. Should your order fall short of expectations, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All goods must arrive in their original state, untouched, unburned, sealed within their original wrappings.

Given the essence of the craft, we regrettably cannot accept the return of candles that have been lit or used in any manner.

Items purchased at a reduced price are bound by final sale terms and cannot be returned.

Apparel may be exchanged for a different size as long as the original purchase is unworn and sent in the packaging in which it arrived in.

Should your parcel arrive bearing a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photographic evidence, and we shall make matters right.

The cost of return postage falls to the sender, unless the fault lies with our creation.
